PROJECT: Harvest Heights Deck/Stair Repairs Kindersley, SK OWNER: Kindersley Housing Authority 1.1. Sealed tenders will be received at the office of: Prakash Consulting Ltd., #4 210 15th Street East Prince Albert, SK S6V 1G2 until 2:00pm Saskatchewan Time., on Thursday, April 18, 2024. The Tenders will be opened at a later date by Owner & Consultant. 1.2. Tender Documents may be obtained by interested General Contractors from Prakash Consulting Ltd., Prince Albert, SK., upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 per set. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the Tender Documents in good condition within 14 days after opening date. No deposit is required of qualified subscribers to the SCA Plan Deposit Fund. 1.3. Tender Documents may be viewed at the Offices of the Consultant. 1.4. Tenders must be accompanied by the specified Security Deposit and Consent of Surety. 1.5. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received. 1.6.
