Kindergarten catering - Budavári Municipality 2026 On the basis of a business contract "Procurement of public services for kindergartens maintained by the Budapest I. District Budavári Municipality 2026" The Budapest I. District Budavári Municipality provision of public catering services for the kindergartens operating in its maintenance with the removal of food waste, as specified in the public procurement documents. This public procurement procedure is regulated by the Kbt. On the basis of the authorization according to § 29, paragraph (1). It is carried out by the Budavári Municipality of Budapest District I as a contracting authority on behalf of and for the benefit of the client, Brunszvik Teréz Budavári Kindergartens. The task of the winning tenderer is to provide normal and special (e.g. diabetics, those sensitive to flour, those sensitive to milk sugar) provision of catering, for which the tenderer does not set a separate fee. The contracting authority shall ensure the qualitative and quantitative performance of the winning tenderer in terms of data provision on a quarterly basis, and during this period has the right to check on a random basis. The responsibility and costs of transporting and disposing of the food waste shall be borne by the winning tenderer. In the event of an epidemic or other emergency event, the winning tenderer is at the request of the contracting authority meals must be delivered to individual locations as individually packaged, chilled ready meals.
