Kindergarten Brno, Soukenická 8 - wood construction - project documentation, copyright supervision The subject of the public contract is the elaboration of the conceptual solution (elaboration of the architectural study), all stages of the project documentation following the architectural a study of a school building of a wooden construction character with four classes, to such a degree and quality that will enable the proper preparation of the building in accordance with the relevant legal regulations. The building will be located in the garden and adjacent plots of the existing two-classroom Kindergarten in Soukenická Street. Author supervision over the processing of project documentation will be provided by the contractor of the architectural study. The provision of a license for the processed project documentation and its material capture, for the entire duration of the protection of property rights resulting from the authorship of the selected supplier. Part of the scope of performance is procurement (engineering) activity, cooperation with the client and copyright supervision.
