This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered. Quotes will be evaluated on price and other factors, with award made on the basis of best value to the Government.
