The object of the procurement is Kiila rehabilitation in Swedish (Kiila courses and individual Kiila rehabilitation in group form) which the Swedish Pensions Institution (FPA) arranges for private individuals. The tenderer must be able to provide Kiila rehabilitation both in course form and as individual rehabilitation.
Kiila rehabilitation in Swedish is procured at national level. In order to ensure the regional need for services and secure the clients' freedom of choice, the geographical spread is also taken into account during the procurement.where the tenderer's place of business is located. The offered place of business must be located within the boundaries of the procurement area (see appendix 7 to the tender request, Map and list of areas and municipalities). By submitting a tender in this tender procedure, the tenderer undertakes toprovide Kiila courses and individual Kiila rehabilitation for clients from all over the country.
The selection of tenderers for the geographical areas is described in appendix 5 Framework agreement and in appendix 6 Number of courses and clients to which the procurement applies and number of service producers selected.
