part The purpose of conducting the public procurement procedure is to conclude the framework sales agreement in the subject "KIF/KÖF Free-wire installations" in 23 sub-offer areas. Bidder opened in the subject named above initiates a public procurement procedure. As a result of the procedure, the Kbt. A framework agreement according to § 105 (1) point a) is concluded - in all sub-offer areas. The value of the contract(s) to be concluded and the quantity of the purchase: Bidder a wishes to conclude contracts (framework agreements) for a total of EUR 14, 950, 000 net value (framework amount). From the concluded framework agreements, the Bidder wishes to purchase KIF/KÖF overhead line fittings as planned up to the framework amounts, by that their exact numbers are determined in part 2 of the framework agreement procedure (during the individual order) by defining the specific conditions for the performance of the individual contract(s).
