The subject of the order is the development of a complete land development design, architectural and construction design, obtaining the final building permit decision, developing technical designs and carrying out construction and installation works for Stage I of the investment, consisting of "Construction "heated football pitch" together with the necessary technical infrastructure. 2. The subject of the order should be implemented based on technical documentation, in particular the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) and the conditions and material scope contained in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SIWZ.3. Technical documentation necessary to complete the task will be made available in the RFP via the Sap Ariba System. Contractors interested in receiving the above-mentioned documentation are obliged in advance, send Appendix No. 7 to the SIWZ together with the registration document electronically in the purchasing system.4. In order to properly prepare the offer, the Contractor interested in implementing the order may also obtain additional information during the visit local meeting, which will be organized on August 5, 2026 at 09:00.
