Object of hiring: this request Its purpose is to exchange kilograms of living weight of novillitos by kilograms of void -packed stem meat and in frozen boxes, to fin of optimizing the use of resources available in the management. This modality allows to transform cattle, difficult to distribute and storage, into a final product suitable for its immediate use, with better conditions of conservation, transport and health safety.
