the correctional service of canada (csc) has a requirement for the installation of a key management system at la macaza institution located in la macaza, quebec.


the work includes the supply, installation, testing etc. As described in the statement of technical requirements (str) (refer to electronic attachment #1).


the institution is a medium level of security facility. Work will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the daily operation and security of the institution.


a mandatory site visit will take place on september 7, 2017 at 1:00 pm. At la macaza institution, 321 chemin de laéroport, la macaza, quebec, j0t 1r0.


the work is requested to be completed within 30 weeks after contract award.


after contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the contracting authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
