BASIC SERVICE The basic service of vocational rehabilitation refers to the initial investigation and preparation of a rehabilitation plan for the assignment given by Keva in accordance with. In connection with the basic service of vocational rehabilitation, the Provider must also indicate the hourly price for services purchased with an hourly charge. The provider must offer a basic vocational rehabilitation service. The basic service is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Service description. In the competition, a framework arrangement is established, for which service providers are selected based on the reference price in the priority order of offers by region. The rehabilitator chooses from which of the service providers approved for the framework arrangement the service is bought for him. As a rule, the rehabilitator must choose a service provider from the area where he lives. Keva has the right to give rehabilitators detailed instructions for choosing a service provider. The operating model of the framework arrangement is described in more detail in Appendix 3 (Framework arrangement) of the request for tenders. In order to ensure the geographical coverage of the services, the procurement has been divided into sub-areas. The areas to be procured and the municipalities included in them are described in Appendix 1 of the request for tenders (Service description). The bidder can leave to the territory of the offer where it has a fixed place of business.
