BASIC SERVICE Professional the basic rehabilitation service means the initial investigation and preparation of a rehabilitation plan in accordance with the mandate given by Keva. In connection with the basic service of vocational rehabilitation, the Provider must also indicate the hourly price for those purchased with an hourly charge to services. The provider must offer a basic vocational rehabilitation service. The basic service is described in more detail in appendix 1 Service description. In the competition, a framework arrangement is established, for which service providers are selected based on the reference price in priority order of offers by region. The rehabilitator chooses from which service provider approved for the framework arrangement the service is purchased for him. As a rule, the rehabilitator must choose a service provider from the area where he lives. Keva is right gives rehabilitators detailed instructions for choosing a service provider. The operating model of the framework arrangement is described in more detail in Appendix 3 (Framework arrangement) of the request for tenders. In order to ensure the geographical coverage of the services, the procurement is divided to sub-areas. The areas to be procured and the municipalities included in them are described in Appendix 1 of the request for tenders (Service description).
