Completion of architectural and technical planning tasks in the framework of the "Bathroom Development" project with the identification number TOP_PLUSZ-6.2.1-23-KH1-2024-00001. The purpose of the project is to be located in the city center area on the shores of Balaton, owned and operated by the Bidder Improving the guest reception conditions of the City Beach (natural bathing area) and increasing the guest reception capacity through the expansion of the beach area, taking into account in its physical implementation the multi-stage Balaton promenade projects to connection points. Another goal is for the city of Keszthely to be popular not only during the season, but throughout the year, a place where it is good to live, relax, and where it is good to return. The project will also develop the immediate environment of the attractions (parking information boards, service roads), the development of the basic infrastructure related to the attraction, the implementation of family- and child-friendly project elements related to the developed tourist attraction, the relevant budget limits taking into account.
