② not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.

③ have Grade A, B or C on "Sales" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO. (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027

④ not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
