Hinchinbrook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Kerb and Channel Renewal Program – Stallan Street, Ingham.The works generally comprise the demolition, construction and reinstatement of kerb and channel infrastructure and associated works, to improve drainage performance, road safety and asset condition. The works are to be carried out in accordance with Council’s drawings, specifications and contract conditions.Tenderers are required to demonstrate relevant experience in similar civil infrastructure works, the capacity to deliver the works within an operational urban environment, and the ability to meet Council’s quality, safety, environmental and stakeholder management requirements.This Request for Tender is to be read in conjunction with all accompanying tender documents, including the Procurement Process Conditions, Scope, Specifications, Contract and Response Schedules.Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to conduct the procurement process in accordance with applicable legislation, Council policy and sound contracting principlesTenders must be submitted to VendorPanel by no later than 2.00pm on Wednesday 8 April 2026.
