Purpose and intent:This Contract is for the provision of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the reconstruction, regrading and drainage improvements required for roadways and parking lots at Kelso boats lot, Kelso Conservation Area. Approximate project area - 6300 Sqm.The scope of work includes removal and resurfacing of asphalt, installation of Granular subsurface layers, grading of parking lots, drainage improvements with ditch grading, installation of drainage trench and pavement markings.
