1) the subject of the order concerns keeping homeless animals from the Ostrów Mazowiecka Commune in a shelter in 2026, which includes: a) providing a place in a shelter for rescued homeless animals during the applicable contract, i.e. until December 31, 2026 and after its completion, b) marking animals (microchip), c) conducting a minimum fourteen-day quarantine for newly arrived animals, d) keeping records of stray animals caught from the commune area, in particular by describing animal (breed, size, health status and microchip number), date of its admission, dates of sterilization or castration, veterinary procedures performed, number or name under which it was placed on the website or in social media run by the shelter, the date and method of leaving the shelter, and providing it once a month, including invoices for services provided, e) providing photos of each rescued animal to the Ordering Party within 5 days from the date of arrival at shelters, f) providing animals with medical and veterinary care (prevention, treatment, castration and sterilization), while...
