KE, Modernization of MET tram lines in the city of Kosice, 2nd stage, UCS 16 Description: The subject of the contract is the construction of "KE, Modernization of MET tram lines in the city of Kosice, 2nd stage, UCS 16" as defined in more detail in the terms of the contract and its annexes. The subject of the order is divided into individual construction objects (SO) and operational files (PS) in accordance with the project documentation, which forms an annex to the contract for the work. Detailed definition, scope and technical solution of individual construction objects and operational ones files is stated in the project documentation and other documents of the public contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the contract"). Act No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code as amended, between the successful bidder (contractor) and the Public Procurer (orderer) (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The content of the Agreement will correspond to the conditions set out in the tender documents and the offer of the successful bidder. Detailed description of the subject of the contract including the requirements for the implementation of the work are stated in the draft Contract for the work and in its annexes. The deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract is 395 calendar days from the date of commencement of work, while the commencement of work will be determined in accordance with the terms of the Contract for the work. Location implementation of the subject of the contract: the city of Kosice, Republic of Slovakia, specific construction site defined by the project documentation and documents of the public procurer.
