Back to list KC666017 - Swinney Mens Basketball Locker Room Renovation (KC666017) Package Description Project consists of the interior renovation of the men-s basketball locker room, which includes new finishes, ceiling rework, and coordination of new locker installation (procured under a separate contract). Demolition shall consist of removal of existing lockers, flooring, existing partition wall, and ceiling. Architectural work shall consist of new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, as well as, new casework and a glass door separating the locker room from the toilet/shower room. Mechanical work shall consist of reconfiguration of HVAC and new diffusers to align with new ceiling system. Electrical work shall consist of new light layout and power to service the updated room layout and integrate with new lockers.
