Proposal #1 of 2: system consisting of only vertical KB mirror. This new vertical mirror will be used in conjunction with the existing horizontal mirror. Includes delivery & Installation. See attached SOW.
Proposal #2 of 2: One proposal for a system consisting of both horizontal and vertical KB mirrors to replace both existing mirrors. Includes delivery & Installation. See attached SOW.
- The 35-ID-KB-Mirror(s) with optical coating, mirror mounting, bending mechanism, and cooling system, protective mask, feedthroughs, alignment motions, travel motions, and travel limits.
- Ion pump, cables, vacuum read out and controller.
- Vacuum chambers, windows, and vibration suppressed supporting structure with alignment mechanism if needed.
