THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE. The purpose of this solicitation is to contract with a responder(s) to provide four (4) Kawasaki Mule Pro-DXT FE Diesel EPS Side X Sides, or State Approved Equal(s), to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). A price proposal document will not be used for this solicitation. Responders must enter the total cost of their proposal in SWIFT at the unit line level. QUESTIONS.
