Tender Details

The Kaustinen municipality's technical department is requesting bids for the execution of electrical work on an hourly basis for the contract period July 1, 2026-December 31, 2027. The offer must include the hourly billing price for electrical installation work (VAT 0%). The hourly billing price must include meal, daily allowance, mileage, possible work management, etc. costs. The hourly billing price is paid only for hours worked at the work site. Travel time and travel costs are not reimbursed separately, but are included in the hourly billing price. Billing, etc. supplements are not accepted. The daily working hours are generally between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on weekdays. Installation accessories are given a -% discount in bids, which is tied to the valid price list of the wholesaler used by the bidder. The warranty period for the work is two (2) years. SERVICE ORDER The order is made on a first-come, first-served basis. Bidders are scored in order of preference. The bidder with the most points is the first in order of priority. The tenderer must organize his other work tasks in such a way that the contractor is always available when necessary, at the latest within three business days at the work site until the completion of the construction contract. The tasks must be organized in their entirety in such a way that the implementation of the work does not cause a delay in the other parts of the contract to graduation.
