Tender Details
Main Contractor required for construction of a new technology Block of approx 220m2. The building caters for two separate subjects, namely Fabrics and Food technology. There is also an attached toilet block as part of the building (4 pans plus shower and cleaners cupboard) and also associated covered verandah. The Building is weatherboard external cladding with coloursteel roof and is designed to meet MoE Design standards. . The site currently has two prefab buildings on it but these are to be removed prior to construction under a separate Contract and are therefore not part of the scope of work.
