The consultant shall be responsible for visiting the designated schools, assessing specific infrastructure and technical requirements, preparing detailed specifications, and providing comprehensive cost estimation for issuing tenders related to Smart Classroom installation. The Smart Classrooms must meet specific parameters including high-bandwidth internet installation, dedicated computers with cameras at every seating point, light and sound control systems, microphones and earphones at each seat, instant question/answer systems, large display screens, ultra-modern designs, and AC installation as per requirement.
