The object of the procurement is a new, versatile and year-round municipal tractor with accessories. The offer must take into account the exchange given a used tractor, the details of which are presented below. The refund of the replacement machine must be clearly specified. The purchase is carried out as a purchase of goods exceeding the national threshold value. In procurement, public procurement and of the law on concessions (1397/2016). Subject of procurement The subject of procurement is a new tractor with an engine power of approximately 145 hp. The tractor must be equipped with a front loader and comprehensive hydraulics, transmission, frame and with cab equipment so that it is suitable for demanding working conditions and versatile maintenance and transport tasks. All the required technical features and equipment are presented in the appendix Equipment for the tractor, and the offered tractor must meet at least the requirements and equipment according to the relevant appendix.
