Tender Details

Request for tender for the catering line of Kapellby school in Lapinjärvi municipality. The line will be used by elementary school students and the number of diners is about 80. The line must be durable in structure and easy to clean. The line must be stainless steel and other material suitable for professional kitchens, and the equipment must meet food hygiene requirements. The shelf should be double-sided with drop-down tray levels and both sides should have places for trays, plates, for cutlery and drinking glasses. Drinks, salads and salad dressings will be in the cold pool. The capacity of the cold and hot trolleys is 3xGN 1/1, the depth is 21 cm, and both trolleys must have splash guards. The temperatures of the cold and hot wagons must be adjustable. At the end of the line there should be a small platform or a cart that can hold e.g. cold sauces or dessert. All parts must have lockable wheels. The dimensions of the cold and hot wagons are approximately: Height: max. 900mm Width: 1200mm Depth: max. 1150mm Total length of the line: 4000-4300mm.
