Further development of the KAPELLA2 Route Request Information System - within the framework of a business framework contract, which, the Procuring Entity is entitled to ask the successful tenderer to take care of any error correction needs that arise during the daily operation of the System, as well as newly arising development needs, not listed in the technical description, during the entire contractual period from the signing of the contract - andoperation of the System. The Bidder is responsible for the development task 1, 2, 3 described in the technical description, as well as the operation of the System, while the improvements not listed in the technical description and the extra update tasks to be carried out in addition to the system updatesdata per environment, do not constitute an implementation or ordering obligation on the part of the Bidder.
