1. This tender is issued to invite proposals from highly qualified and experienced contractors for the execution of a comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project for the Exhibit Area of the KAP Building. The scope of work includes the complete removal of the existing gypsum false ceiling, with the objective of achieving a clean, streamlined, and architecturally harmonious finish. The selected contractor shall ensure that all demolition and installation activities are carried out in accordance with the project's technical specifications and regulatory standards. 2. 3. The new ceiling must be thoughtfully designed to enhance the aesthetics of the space while remaining consistent with the architectural values and ambience of the building. 4. The objective of this tender is to engage contractors who are distinguished in their profession and have successfully executed similar design and build projects. The contractor will be expected to deliver both the creative design and technical execution of the ceiling works, ensuring full compliance with the specified scope and quality standards.
