Description : The intent of this bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Work: Excavation of sediment from 8 gravel bar locations within the Kananaskis River including adherence to regulatory permit conditions, developing temporary access to work areas with rig matting (Terralam CLT 300 or equivalent) as shown in Drawings, in-stream isolation of work areas as shown in Drawings, survey of pre and post excavated areas and restoration of temporary accesses. Includes off-site hauling of sediment and on-site placement of sediment as shown in Drawings. Fish rescue and water quality monitoring do not form part of this scope and will be provided by the Province.
