North Karelia's procurement agency requests your offer for the contract for urban construction services of the city of Joensuu in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices for the street construction contract for the construction site mentioned below. The contract includes Kaltimontie's street and municipal technical works in the scope presented in the plan and contract documents. The works are carried out in accordance with InfraRYL requirements and project-specific documents. The offer is requested as a total price contract. The presentation of the site is held electronically via Teams on Monday 13 July 2026 from 13:00. Registration for the site presentation must be done by e-mail to [email protected] by 10:00 a.m. on July 13, 2026. The builder's recommendation is that the contractor has also familiarized himself with the site to the contract area before submitting the offer. If the contractor fails to visit the site, the contractor cannot later refer to matters that might have come to light during the inspection. The offer is binding and must be prepared in Finnish.
