Kačina Castle - reconstruction of selected parts of the castle including a new exhibition - implementation The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction and restoration works, at the address NZM Kačina, Svatý Mikuláš 51, 284 01 Kutná Hora The content of the public contract is execution reconstruction of part of the basement of the NZM Kačina branch. As part of the reconstruction, the restoration of degraded plaster surfaces and complete painting, the execution of ventilated floors, the restoration of floor surfaces, the establishment of an external ventilated cavity near the rooms of the castle spa, restoration filling of openings, restoration of technical equipment (ZTI, electrical, EPS, EZS), provision of heating of a part of the room, provision of ventilation for the new hygienic background, replacement of lighting, including installation of exposure lighting, and modification (landscape) of the immediate surroundings of the building and eaves sidewalk to drain rainwater away from the building. Given that the object in question is a national cultural monument, the work will be carried out under the supervision of the heritage conservation authorities and includes restoration work in the premises of the castle spa. The subject the public contract is the implementation of construction and restoration works, at the address NZM Kačina, Svatý Mikuláš 51, 284 01 Kutná Hora.
