KAHRAMAA aims to enhance scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency by leveraging the benefits of Co-location while maintaining full control over its infrastructure. All activities will be executed in alignment with industry-s best practices, ensuring data integrity, system availability, and business continuity throughout the transition. The Scope of Work requirements are divided into Four parts as follows: Part 1: Establishment of a Colocation Facility to host the existing Datacenter infrastructure, comprising 40 racks. This includes provisioning space, power, cooling, connectivity, and security at the Colocation site to meet operational and compliance requirements. Part 2: Inter-Rack UTP and FO Cabling This part includes the design, supply, and installation of inter-rack UTP and fiber optic cabling between network, server, and storage racks. Part 3: Lift-and-Shift Migration of all critical IT assets from the current on-premises Datacenter to the new Colocation facility. This part covers the physical relocation of servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and associated components, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Part 4: Establishment of Connectivity to ensure seamless integration and high availability for the Datacenter migration, KAHRAMAA requires to establish connectivity in different locations. Note to Contractors: - Only direct participation by Contractor is allowed, subcontracting is not permitted. - No partial awarding is permitted, part 1, part 2, part 3 and part 4 will be awarded to the same Contractor.
