1) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc through the CY 2026-20% LDF- ANNUAL BUDGET to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos and Sixteen Centavos (Php 498, 476.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for KAHHABANG-KULOG FMR IMPROVEMENT Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for KAHHABANG-KULOG FMR IMPROVEMENT. Completion of the Works is required until 28 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
