Kaarenhov's daycare cooperative KVR project Construction of the new kindergarten in Kaarenhov as a cooperative KVR project. The procurement procedure is a competitive negotiation procedure. The acquisition includes the construction of a new 8-room daycare center in Kuopio To the Petonen district at Länsikatu 2. The gross area according to the preliminary spatial program of the project plan is 2180 brm2. The daycare center is sized for approx. 135 children. According to the target schedule, the construction of the daycare center will begin in the spring of 2027 and the daycare center will start operating in the fall of 2028. Kaarenhov's daycare center will be implemented as a cooperative KVR project. In the cooperative KVR contract form, the project comprises three phases: - Procurement phase - Development phase - Implementation phase During the procurement phase, the Customer chooses based on the participation applications, initially 3-5 bidders for the final tender.
