K2573/2 Procurement of auditing services BT-300 (Further information) field continued: 26.) At the time of signing the contract, the winning Bidder/Auditor must have the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors, the LXV of 2007 on auditing activities and public auditing supervision. Act (hereinafter: Law No. 40/A). § with liability insurance for audits, the insurance amount of which reaches HUF 500 million. THE a liability insurance policy must be submitted by the successful Bidder to the Bidder by the time of the conclusion of the contract. The bidder must declare in his bid that the contract is concluded with the required liability insurance if he wins will have at the time. Failure to have a valid liability insurance in accordance with the requirements means withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the Civil Code. Based on § 131, paragraph (4). The successful tenderer is obliged to perform the contract for the duration of the contract have the required liability insurance.
