K2535_2 Plant protection gardening activities Conclusion of a business framework contract for plant protection horticulture activities, continuation of field BT-300 (VI.3) Additional information): 27./ The tenderer stipulates as a contractual condition that the winning tenderer no later than until the conclusion of the contract, provide for the entire duration of the contract (including the warranty period), with a minimum frame amount of HUF 54, 000, 000/year and a minimum amount of HUF 13, 000, 000/damage event for the activity that is the subject of this contract with relevant professional liability insurance. Insurance is not adequate if it contains exclusions and limitations that are incompatible with the object and purpose of the contract. The winning bidder must present the insurance policy (the insurance by sending a copy of the fee payment certificate), in which you prove the insurance value and that the coverage covers the requested services. The failure to make the above document available is due to the Tenderer, Kbt. Winner based on Section 131 (4). the tenderer considers it a withdrawal from the contract.
