The subject of this public procurement procedure is the purchase of the following goods and services within the scope of the sales contract: RFID-based tangible asset registration system for the inventory of at least 140, 000 tangible assets as detailed below: - Tangible asset registration system perpetual license, unlimited number of users on the desktop side - RFID-based system 1 pc - Tangible asset registry system/application customization, documentation, training, preparation of file converter, testing 1 pc - Support after software implementation 1 pc for 1 year - RFID data collection terminal (charger, spare battery + inventory object registration system mobile client) 8 pcs RFID tags (90, 000 pcs in total): - normal RFID tag - indoor 53, 000 - normal RFID tag - outdoor 10, 000 - metallic RFID tag - indoor 20, 000 - metallic RFID label - for outdoor use 5, 000 pcs - hard RFID tag 2, 000 pcs - Provision of inventory specialists (4 people/month) 8 hours a day for 4 months - OPTION - Provision of inventory specialists (4 people/month) 8 hours a day 2 months The detailed specifications and conditions are contained in the public procurement documents, in particular to the technical description and its annexes, the contract draft, and the price list.
