K25126 Procurement and delivery of waste collection containers and containers in 5 parts: Part 1: 240 liter plastic waste collection containers Part 2: 1 100 liter plastic waste collection containers Part 3: 1 100 liter metal waste collection containers Part 4: minimum 5.5 m3, maximum 6.5 m3 closed containers Part 5: minimum 13 m3, maximum 15 m3 rolling, open containers 1.-5. parts BT-750 Other economic or financial requirements, continuation of part: Proof of the economic and financial suitability of the bidder with respect to the Civil Code §§ 65, 67 and 69 as well as 321/2015. (X. 30.) It must act based on the provisions of § 19 of the Government Decree. The guidelines for proof of suitability are the Code of Civil Procedure. § 65, paragraphs (6)-(8) and (11).
