Tender Details

Jarvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy requests your offer for the machinery contract for the new wastewater treatment plant in Juva. Juva municipality is the customer.

The machinery contract includes all the work according to the attached tender documents, fully completed, as well as all such work not mentioned in the documents, joiIt is necessary to complete a contract that meets the quality requirements. The tenderer must familiarize himself with the documents according to the list of documents.

The form of the contract is a shared contract. The main contractor acts as a main contractor in accordance with YSE 1998 and as a main contractor in accordance with VNa 205/2009, who has the responsibility raabout the safety of kennus work.

The construction contract is implemented as the main contract and the side contracts (HVAC, electrical, machinery,

and process contract) are subordinated to the main contractor of the treatment plant renovation with an agreement according to RT 80271 Subcontract subordination agreement. The process automation contract (AU) is implemented on behalf of the customertender and it is subordinated to the main contract (RU). The process contract has already been put out to tender in 2023. The contract limits are presented in the contract program, the contract limit appendix and the plan documents.

This is the procurement of special fields, to which the Special Fields Procurement Act applies. Project cost estimateexceeds the EU threshold value according to the Procurement Act for Special Sectors. The procurement procedure is an open procedure.
