Public Request for Proposal for the Junior NCM Training Accommodation Facility - RFP for WP1 - Site Preparation. The following Trade Scopes are being invited to submit proposals: Demolition & Site Preparation, inclusive of demolition of existing site structures and foundations Excavation & Civil Works, inclusive of bulk excavation and detailed excavation, and site utilities Rock Anchors, for the supply only of rock anchors Site ElectricalFor all questions/inquiries, please submit to Katrina Rivers at: [email protected] and Information: Subcontractor to assume responsibility for all labour, materials for specific scope of work All quotations shall be valid for the duration of the Bid Validity period as noted in the Bid Documents Lowest tender not necessarily accepted Successful bidders will be required to sign EllisDon's Standard Form of Subcontractor Agreement All Bidders must apply and meet EllisDon's Subguard criteria on all contracts over $500, 000. EllisDon is using Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) on this Project. This is an insurance product that replaces Subcontractor bonding. As SDI is being used on this Project; the bidder will not be required to provide a performance and payment bond, provided that the Subcontractor has successfully pre-qualified to EllisDon for enrollment into the insurance program.
