Country: Montenegro Description of the Assignment: In order to adequately prepare the Program for the Suppression of the Informal Economy, in accordance with the Methodology for developing policies, drafting and monitoring the implementation of strategic documents, and in order to support the Ministry of Finance to fulfil the above described obligations, UNDP Montenegro intends to engage Junior National Consultant to Support the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro in Preparing Program for the Suppression of the Informal Economy. The Consultant will be engaged in the scope of the Project "Strengthening Transparent and Accountable Public Finance Management in Montenegro", supported by the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, and jointly implemented by MF and UNDP CO Montenegro. Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 15 May 2023 - 30 November 2023 Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.Please indicate whether you intendto submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
