Bird Ave Specifications are on file in the office of the Planning & Community Development Manager, 602 S. Main Street 4th Floor. Bids must be in the hand of the Planning & Community Development department on or before 10:30 A.M. on Monday, June 15, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to be licensed, Bonded and insured as a contractor of the City of Joplin, Missouri.
