Business Finland (later "Procurement unit/BF") requests suitable candidates to send application for participation in the competitive negotiation procedure for the procurement of public cloud maintenance and management services 605/27/2023 in accordance with this request for participation and its appendices. The object of the procurement is BF's Development of a cloud platform based on the Microsoft public cloud, management and maintenance service and training services for BF experts and end users. the tendered cloud platform will include new service units and features, which will be put into use in separate projects if necessary. the maintenance service covers the administration, development and operation of these parts of the cloud platform under the guidance of BF and the monitoring of the services of awakenings The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the attachments to the request for participation. during the negotiations to the final request for tenders. At the time of publication of the request for participation, the estimated maximum value of the procurement is €2, 500, 000 (VAT 0%), which based on five (5) years of estimated need. according to the preliminary assessment, to be valid indefinitely existent.
