Tender Details

The project involves the renovation of a residential apartment building located in Espoo's Mankkaa at Jukolanahde 3, 02180, Espoo. The building was completed in 1978 and partially renovated in 2008. The site has a basement/ground floor and 2 residential floors. There is also on the ground floor apartments. There are a total of 22 apartments. The site will undergo an extensive renovation in accordance with the tender documents, where e.g. the facade surfaces are renovated, coated and painted and the plinth surfaces are renovated, coated and painted. The building the balcony structures will be renewed. Yards and area structures are repaired, and all asphalt surfaces are renewed. Passwords are renewed. Pressure flushing cleaning of underground sewer lines and external rain and waste water drains. The delay will be added. The apartments will be renovated throughout. The internal water pipes and drains will be renewed and the line valves of the water pipes will be renewed and the hot water network will be adjusted. Apartment-specific water meters will be added. The ventilation ducts will be renewed, the IV machines will be renewed and the IV inlet air valves will be renewed renewing the windows. The heating network is pressure flushed and regulated. Universal cabling will be added. The automation will be renewed. The public spaces are being renovated and the remote-triggered smoke exhaust windows are being serviced. The works include everything for the usual basic repair targeted construction works.
