Järviluonnonkeskus demolition work The request for tender includes the demolition work of the meeting building located at Ohitustie 7, 58900 Rantasalmi, with its foundations on a sand surface in accordance with the attached contract documents. The ground surface is leveled for demolition by the building. The maintenance building RAK 002 located on the plot will be preserved. The demolition work also includes demolition of structures, equipment, technical systems and coatings in the yard area. The offer must include all the costs of the demolition work. Demolition, clearing, transport, waste, waste tax and landfill costs belong to the contractor. The type of contract is a total contract, where the demolition contractor acts as the main contractor and main implementer. The contract amount is a fixed total price.
