Expressions of Interest are invited for Jordan Trade and Gender (Study to be Carried out in Jordan on the Obstacles Traders, Customs Brokers, and Freight Forwarders Face at the Firm-Level in Conducting Cross-Border Trade, with a Focus on Women Traders)

The World Bank Group (WBG) is looking to identify a suitable vendor for a study to be carried out in Jordan on the obstacles traders, customs brokers, and freight forwarders face at the firm-level in conducting cross-border trade, with a focus on women traders. The information gathering is to be carried out through (i) focus group discussions with women and men traders and customs brokers/freight forwarders and with key interlocuters in the country and (ii) collection of data via survey interviews across Jordan. The WBG will provide the survey master list containing names of firms that the vendor will need to complete with contact details using its own resources and connections. The survey questionnaire will also be provided by the WBG and adjusted in coordination with the WBG team as appropriate. The expected output is a detailed analysis with recommendations.
