Equans Services Inc, is seeking qualified established Supplier to perform detailed Condition Assessment of the William Osler Health System, New Patient Tower (NPT), including the site, buildings, systems, related structures, equipment, infrastructure, supplies and utility connections. This assessment will also include a thorough review of the Preventive Maintenance Plans, the Life Cycle Replacement Plans, and the work completed pursuant to such plans, over the previous 5 years, as well as the work planned and scheduled for the upcoming 5-year period in accordance with the Five-Year Maintenance Plan, Life Cycle Plan, and Services Protocols and Specifications. The purpose of the assessment is to support a joint technical review of the Maintained Facilities, to be conducted by Equans (Project Co Party) and William Osler (Osler).
