Joint offer of distribution transformers - Market dialogue
Our Elnet A/S and Konstant Net A/S (ordering party) wish with this advance notification, to invite interested economic operators to answer the available questionnaire regarding the impending acquisition of distribution transformers with the rated power 100, 200, 400, 630, 800, 1, 000, 1, 250 and 1, 600 kVA.
The ordering party wishes to carry out a dialogue with the market regarding the impending acquisition, which will be done by answering the document "Questionnaire", which please be completed and forwarded to the ordering party no later than 18 December 2025. The document can be accessed via Comdia under "Documents".
After the deadline of 18 December 2025, the contracting authority will review the responses submitted and, on that basis, reserves the right to call a selection of the economic actors to further market dialogue meetings.
The dialogue will then be held as individual meetings with these actors either via teams or at a physical meeting at the address Sanderumvej 16, 5250 Odense. The starting point for the dialogue will be, among other things, the comments that the actors may have on the above-mentioned document.
The dialogue meetings are expected to be held on 14 and 15 January 2026.
