Common EPR for the public dental health service
The competition concerns the delivery of a joint electronic patient record (EPJ) for the public dental health service, with integration towards a joint storage solution. The solution is delivered as an ongoing service that includes operation, development and management. The value of the acquisition is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. A draft of the competition basis itself is attached to this qualification basis. The client reserves the right to make minor, non-significant changes to this basis before suppliers are invited to make offers. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage. By its nature, this acquisition is assessed to have an insignificant impact on climate and the environment, cf. section 5b third paragraph of the Procurement Act.
