Tender are invited for Work consists of constructing common amenities and infrastructure elements for a A3/4 acre Bike Park. The Project features a concrete plaza with picnic tables, benches, bike racks, trash bin, shipping container toolshed (furnished by
Owner) and enclosure for a portable washroom. Additional infrastructure improvements will include irrigation, native landscaping, drainage elements, fencing and signage. The project also includes the rough grading for a bicycle skills trail, and the interior pump track. This project will be done in coordination with a separate project to construct the interior pump track`s surfacing and the earthen bicycle features on the trail.
