Due to a lack of maintenance caused by the non-existence of valid multi-year maintenance contracts and to the few employees of the municipal works and services brigade, it is necessary to carry out a series of corrective actions that cannot be delayed for safety and health during this summer 2026 prior to the start of the 26-27 school year. However, the City Council de Sant Andreu de la Barca does not have its own resources, neither material nor human, to carry out the purpose of the contract.
